How do I get a voucher?
Choose an offer and tap "Reserve deal". One voucher is deducted from your account and a QR code appears in the Coupons section — show it at the business.
The offer page always states what the discount includes and how long the QR code is valid.
How do I redeem a voucher at a business?
Show the QR code or the code from the app / e-mail. The business scans it or enters it manually.
Redemption is only possible within the validity period and under the terms of the specific offer.
Can I return a voucher?
Yes, but only shortly after getting it. If you cancel a voucher within 30 minutes, it goes back to your account. After that it is not returned, even if you don't use it.
Example: You have 30 vouchers (or 3 on START) and take one. If you cancel it within 30 minutes, you have 30 (or 3) again. If you cancel it the next day or never use it, you have one less — 29 (or 2).
How much does AKCETRON cost?
The basic START account is free. If you sign up through a friend's invitation, you get 3 vouchers as a gift right away. The PRO account costs 147 CZK per month and gives you 30 vouchers every month. Unused vouchers do not carry over to the next month. You can also pay for PRO for a whole year for 1,404 CZK — just 117 CZK a month.
What if I run out of vouchers?
On START you can upgrade to PRO at any time. If you're on PRO and run out, you can buy an extra pack of 10 vouchers for 100 CZK.
How do I get free vouchers?
Invite friends with your personal link. On START you get +1 voucher for each new member. On PRO you get 1 month of PRO free for every 3 active invitees.
How do I know the discount is real?
Businesses must state truthful original prices. Fake discounts are prohibited, and for breaking the rules we may remove the offer or block the business.
What if a business refuses my voucher?
Businesses must honor all valid vouchers. If that doesn't happen, write to us via Contact and include the voucher code.
How do I register my business?
Tap Register your business and fill in your company details, including your IČO. Once verified, you can publish offers for free.
How much does it cost a business to publish an offer?
Registration and publishing offers are free. You only pay if you want to promote an offer with Boost.
What is Boost?
Boost moves your offer to the top positions so more people see it. It is paid by card per offer according to the Price list.
How is a business verified?
After registration we check the business by its IČO and the details you provided. You can publish offers only after verification.
How do I scan a customer's QR code?
Just open the camera on any phone and point it at the customer's QR code. The phone takes you straight to the voucher confirmation. Enter the PIN set by the business owner, and the voucher is redeemed.
