Terms of business

Akcetron is a platform connecting customers and companies. The service or goods the coupon is for are provided and sold by the company, not by Akcetron.

The coupon is issued to you free of charge. Akcetron takes no payment from you and is not a party to the transaction between you and the company.

Every offer states a price. You pay that price directly to the company when you redeem the coupon — on the spot, under its own payment terms.

Akcetron does not collect that money, does not hold it and does not issue a receipt for it. The company gives you the receipt.

You receive the coupon with its QR code as soon as you take it — by email and in your account. The validity period is shown on each offer, and is one year from issue by default.

A coupon can be redeemed once. After redemption it becomes invalid.

You pay us nothing for a coupon, so there is nothing to refund. If you decide not to use it, simply do not redeem it — it lapses when its validity ends.

Money you paid to the company when redeeming is a matter between you and them, under their terms and under the law.

The company that provided the service or goods is responsible for their quality and for the sale itself — that is also where you raise a complaint.

If you cannot resolve it with them, contact us. We can hide the offer and remove the company from the platform.

Every account may have a referral link. Whoever signs up through it receives the Start status for the period and with the number of coupons stated at registration. The Pro status is paid; its price and conditions are stated at registration and it can be bought once payments go live.

A manager is a participant who brings in businesses. For every business brought in they are owed the reward stated at registration, in two halves: the first once the business is verified and has made its first confirmed sale, the second after the stated period, provided the business is still trading and has met the stated number of sales and spend on boosts. No reward is paid for a business that was rejected, nor to a manager blocked for bringing in fictitious businesses. Rewards are paid by transfer on request, from the stated minimum; taxing the reward is the manager's own affair. Certification and a contract with the operator of Akcetron are conditions of payment.

Pro is paid: the monthly price is stated when you order it and is charged repeatedly to the card you entered, at the start of each following month. You can cancel the subscription at any time in your account; Pro then lasts until the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. If a payment fails we retry it a few times and let you know; if it still does not go through, Pro ends.

The coupon stays free with Pro. The status only decides how many coupons you may take a month once such limits are in place — the numbers are stated at registration and in your account. For every paid month we issue a simplified tax document to your e-mail.

A free month of Pro for two people you brought in who bought is added to the end of your paid period; nothing is charged for it.

Participants with the Pro status and managers form a team with the people who registered through their link. Team standings for a month, a season (a quarter) and a year are decided by the number of confirmed purchases — redeemed coupons — by the team's members in that period; the standings are visible in your account. The team in first place receives the prize announced for that period; we hand it over within 30 days of the period's end. Only a team whose leader holds a valid Pro status, or is a manager who is not blocked, on the day the period ends is entitled to the prize. Any further draw among the other teams takes place only under separately published rules.
