Who controls your data
What we hold
Customers: name, email, date of birth, optionally phone, language, and your order and coupon history.
Companies: name, company number, VAT number, address, bank details, and contact details of the people acting for the company. We keep the public register (ARES) record as it stood on the day of registration.
Also technical data: IP address and browser details at sign-in and at coupon redemption.
Referral programme: your referral code, who invited you to Akcetron and whom you invited, and your status (Start, Pro). For managers also the bank details for paying out rewards, the certification and contract dates, and the records of the businesses they brought in.
Pro status: your card details are held only by the payment gateway; we keep the last four digits and the expiry month so we can tell you which card you pay with and when it expires. Also the documents for the months you paid.
Why we process it
To perform the contract — creating your account, issuing a coupon, and letting you redeem it.
Your date of birth, for your age: an account is for people aged 15 and over, and we sell coupons with alcohol only to people aged 18 and over (Act No. 65/2017 Coll.). We do not pass it to the business where you use such a coupon — the business checks your age from an ID document. Without names, only as counts by age group, it also shows us who uses Akcetron.
To meet legal obligations — accounting and tax records, which we must retain for a statutory period.
For legitimate interests — protecting coupons against abuse and fraud, and in the referral programme, verifying that the businesses brought in genuinely trade.
To pay managers their rewards and meet the accounting obligations that go with it.
On the basis of consent — analytics and marketing.
Who we share it with
The company whose coupon you redeem, so they can serve you. Our hosting and email providers. Google Analytics, if you consented.
The manager who brought you or your business to Akcetron sees your name, sign-up date and status; for a business they see its name, verification state and number of confirmed sales — never individual customers.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account exists. Order records for as long as tax law requires, even if you close the account in the meantime.
When you close your account we erase your personal data and keep only what accounting law obliges us to keep.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object.
The right to erasure is not absolute — we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain for accounting.
