Terms and conditions for users of the AKCETRON platform (akcetron.com and the AKCETRON mobile app, hereinafter the “Platform”) – effective from 29 October 2026.
The AKCETRON Platform is operated by Akcetron s.r.o., company ID (IČO): 23428830, registered office at Líbalova 2348/1, Chodov, 149 00 Prague 4, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 426939, e-mail: podpora@akcetron.com (hereinafter “AKCETRON”, “we”).
These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the AKCETRON Platform by its users (hereinafter the “User” or “you”) and the mutual rights and obligations of Users and AKCETRON arising from the START and PRO membership contract or from the contract for the purchase of Vouchers concluded between Users and AKCETRON.
If the User is a natural person using the Platform outside the scope of their business or independent profession, the statutory provisions governing the legal position of consumers apply to the contractual relationship between them and AKCETRON.
Platform – the akcetron.com website and the AKCETRON mobile app, through which AKCETRON enables entrepreneurs (hereinafter “Businesses”) to publish discounted offers of goods and services (hereinafter “Offers”) that Users can search for on the Platform.
Business – an entrepreneur who publishes an Offer of goods or services through the Platform and who is the party to the purchase contract concluded with the User for those goods or services.
Voucher – an electronic document with a QR code or a code (on your phone or printed) entitling you to buy goods or a service from a Business at the price and on the terms of a specific Offer. A Voucher has no monetary or face value; each time you obtain a QR code for a specific Offer of your own choice, 1 voucher is used from your Voucher Limit, regardless of the price of the goods or service. The Voucher Limit is the number of Vouchers you may obtain under your membership.
Price List – the price list of the subscription for the paid membership.
START is a free membership (the User bears only the costs they incur in accessing and using the Platform, e.g. the cost of an internet connection); PRO is a paid membership (subscription), governed by Article 3 of the Terms.
All Businesses on the Platform are entrepreneurs. AKCETRON provides the Platform as an intermediary service; it is neither the seller of the goods nor the provider of the services offered by Businesses. AKCETRON will not act as an agent of the User, or otherwise in the name and/or on behalf of the User, in connection with the User’s sale or purchase of goods or services from Businesses.
By accessing the Platform, registering, signing in to your account or using the AKCETRON mobile app you confirm that you have read the current version of the Terms, agree with them and undertake to abide by them. Offers can be browsed without registering; obtaining a Voucher requires registration.
2.1 The Platform may be used by persons over 15 years of age who, given their age, have the capacity for the legal act concerned. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet this condition. Persons under 18 may take out a PRO subscription only with the consent of their legal guardian; by registering you represent and warrant that you meet this condition.
2.2 You can register with an e-mail address and password or through a third-party account, for example Google, Apple or Facebook, if that option is available on the Platform. When registering, you verify your phone number and choose the START or PRO membership. Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
2.3 Each person may have only one account; only one account can be created per phone number. The account is non-transferable. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in details; if you suspect your account is being misused, contact us without delay. AKCETRON is not liable for harm caused by the use of an account by a third party as a result of the User’s breach of their obligations under this Article.

3.1 Current prices including VAT are given in the Price List published on the Platform. The price shown at the time of the order applies.
3.2 If you switch from START to PRO, your unused introductory START vouchers expire and you are credited 30 PRO vouchers. Unused bonus vouchers earned through referrals (Art. 9.2) remain yours and you can use them on top of your PRO Voucher Limit until they expire.
3.3 If your PRO subscription ends, your account continues on the START membership unless the account has been closed. The introductory START vouchers are not credited again; unused PRO vouchers and pack vouchers expire when the PRO membership ends. On START without vouchers you can still browse Offers; you can obtain Vouchers again once you renew the PRO membership.
3.4 Neither Vouchers nor memberships have a monetary value; Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
4.1 You order the PRO subscription in your account with the order button “Order with obligation to pay” (or one labelled just as unambiguously). Before you order, we show you the price, the length of the period, the information that the subscription renews automatically and that after you cancel it the PRO membership stays active until the end of the paid period.
4.2 The subscription is paid in advance by payment card through a payment gateway (Comgate, later also Stripe and others). Payment card details are processed solely by the payment gateway provider.
4.3 The subscription renews automatically, each time for another period of the same length, at the price applicable to the plan at the time of renewal. Payment is taken from the saved card until you cancel the subscription. We will notify you by e-mail at least 7 days before an annual subscription renews.
4.4 You can cancel the subscription at any time in your account settings, as easily as you ordered it. After cancellation the subscription is no longer renewed; the PRO membership and your vouchers stay with you until the end of the period already paid. Payment for the paid period, including any unused part of it, is not refunded unless the law or Article 5 provides otherwise. We will expressly warn you of these consequences before you confirm the cancellation.
4.5 If a payment cannot be taken, we may suspend the PRO membership until it is paid.
4.6 We may change the subscription price. We will notify you of the change by e-mail at least 30 days before it first applies, together with the reason for it. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel the subscription free of charge. The new price applies only from the following period.
4.7 We send you a tax document by e-mail, and it is also available in your user account.
4.8 As part of the PRO subscription you can buy a pack of 10 vouchers for CZK 100 if you have used up the vouchers of the period and the pack is on offer. Pack vouchers are valid for 30 days from purchase, but no longer than until the PRO membership ends.
5.1 If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the PRO subscription contract or from the contract for the purchase of a Voucher pack without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Send your withdrawal to podpora@akcetron.com; you may use the model form in the annex to these Terms.
5.2 If during the ordering process you expressly asked us to make the PRO membership available (and credit the vouchers) before the withdrawal period expires, and you then withdraw from the contract, you must pay us a proportionate part of the agreed price corresponding to what was provided to you up to the moment of withdrawal (Section 1834 of the Civil Code). This amount is calculated as the share of the Vouchers you obtained up to the moment of withdrawal (Art. 7.1) out of the total of 30 vouchers of the period (out of 10 vouchers for a pack). We will refund the rest of the price within 14 days of the withdrawal, by the same means of payment.
5.3 If you are not acting as a consumer when concluding the contract, you may withdraw from a contract concluded with AKCETRON only in the cases provided by law.
6.1 The content of Offers (description, photos, original price, discount, number of Vouchers, validity period and terms of redemption) is determined by the Business, which is responsible for its completeness, accuracy and truthfulness. Businesses must follow our Discount Rules; as the original price they may only state the lowest price of the last 30 days. For each Offer we state who the Business is and a contact for complaints.
6.2 The order in which Businesses’ offers are displayed to Users on the Platform (hereinafter the “Offer Ranking”) is determined by AKCETRON’s algorithm, mainly on the basis of the main ranking parameters, which are:
a) distance from your location (if you have consented to its use);
b) match with the search term and category;
c) the size of the discount;
d) how current the Offer is (its availability and age);
e) the reliability of the Business;
f) your preferences.
The relative weight of each parameter is given in the “How we rank offers” section, available directly from the search results.
6.3 A Business may influence the Offer Ranking for payment: these are offers with paid promotion (Boost), which are displayed with priority and clearly labelled. The rules for paid promotion are set out in the terms and conditions for Businesses.
6.4 The number of Vouchers and the duration of Offers are limited. An Offer may end earlier if its Vouchers run out.
7.1 The Voucher will be made available to you in your account. When you receive the QR code, 1 voucher is deducted from your Voucher Limit. Obtaining a Voucher creates no obligation to buy.
7.2 The validity of the QR code is set by the Business in the Offer; it ends at the latest at the planned end of the Offer. If the Business withdraws the Offer early, Vouchers already issued remain valid until the originally stated end of validity.
7.3 You can cancel an unused Voucher in your account. If you cancel it within 30 minutes of obtaining it, the deducted voucher is returned to your Voucher Limit; if you cancel it later or do not use it, the deducted voucher is not returned. If the Voucher was not redeemed for a reason on the Business’s side (e.g. the Business wrongly refused it), we will return the voucher to you after looking into it.
7.4 You redeem the Voucher at the Business’s premises: you show the QR code on your phone or printed and the Business scans it. You pay the Business on the spot the price stated in the Offer. You conclude the purchase or other contract directly with the Business, which gives you a receipt.
7.5 Each Voucher can be redeemed only once. Vouchers are for your personal use; selling them or otherwise trading in them is prohibited.
7.6 Offers of alcoholic drinks, or of services, marked with the “18+” symbol or in a similar way are intended only for persons over 18; the Business is entitled to check your age.
8.1 Given that AKCETRON only mediates, through the Platform, the conclusion of contracts between Businesses and Users and is therefore not a party to the contracts so concluded, AKCETRON is not liable to the User for the goods or services offered by Businesses, for any defects in the goods or services, or for any damage the User may suffer in connection with the goods or services offered by Businesses. The Business offering the goods or services through the Platform is directly responsible to you for the quality, safety and delivery of the goods or service, for refunding the purchase price on withdrawal from the contract, for rights arising from defective performance and for handling complaints. You exercise rights arising from defective performance, or rights to compensation for damage, directly with the Business. The contact for complaints is given with the Offer. AKCETRON is not liable for the fulfilment of the obligations of Users and Businesses.
8.2 For goods and services bought at the Business’s premises you generally have no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (that right applies to distance contracts). Your rights arising from defective performance are not affected. You send any withdrawal from the contract directly to the Business.
8.3 If a Business refuses to accept a valid Voucher, asks for a higher price than stated in the Offer, or the discount was not real, let us know at podpora@akcetron.com or with the “Report” button at the Offer. We will look into the case and may take measures against the Business under the terms and conditions for businesses. We are, however, not liable for the Business’s performance.
9.1 Each User has one permanent referral link and code. An invited person is credited to the one whose link or code was used at registration; the bonus for one new member is only ever earned by one person.
9.2 A START member receives 1 bonus voucher for each new active member who registers through their link (active member – see Art. 9.3). A bonus voucher is valid for 1 month from being credited and does not expire on switching to PRO (Art. 3.2). In the Platform’s first year of operation the number of bonus vouchers is not limited; we may set a limit for later periods.
9.3 A PRO member receives 1 month of PRO free for every 3 active invitees; the entitlement repeats for every further 3. An active invitee is a member who has verified their phone number and redeemed at least 1 Voucher.
9.4 We publish the detailed bonus rules on the Platform and may change or end them unilaterally with effect for the future; bonuses already earned do not lapse as a result.
9.5 Creating fictitious accounts, referring yourself or spreading a referral code by spam is prohibited. AKCETRON may invalidate wrongly obtained bonuses and take measures against the User’s account under Art. 12.
10.1 You can review a Business after you have redeemed a Voucher there. Reviews on the Platform therefore come from Users who actually redeemed a Voucher at the Business.
10.2 Reviews must be truthful, factual and based on the User’s real experience. It is prohibited to publish offensive, unlawful or misleading content, advertising or the personal data of third parties, and to review a Business you are connected with. We may remove reviews that breach these Terms or harm Businesses or AKCETRON under the procedure in Art. 13; a negative review of a Business is not in itself a reason to remove it.
10.3 By publishing a review on the Platform you grant us, free of charge, a non-exclusive licence, unlimited in territory and time, to use your review (including its text and any photos) in any manner, in particular to display it on the Platform, in marketing materials and on social networks. We are entitled to grant this licence to third parties (sublicence) or to assign it.
11.1 When using the Platform it is prohibited in particular to:
a) break the law or infringe the rights of others;
b) forge, copy or otherwise misuse Vouchers and QR codes;
c) automatically download the Platform’s content (scraping), store, modify or distribute the Platform’s content, or interfere with its operation and security;
d) impersonate another person, use someone else’s account or have more than one account;
e) harass Businesses, other Users or our staff, or file manifestly unfounded complaints;
f) use Businesses’ contact details to conclude a contract directly with a Business so as to bypass AKCETRON and the rules and mechanisms of the Platform and Vouchers.
11.2 You can report unlawful content or an Offer with the “Report” button or by e-mail to podpora@akcetron.com, which also serves as the point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act). We assess reports without undue delay and inform you of the outcome.
12.1 AKCETRON may restrict, suspend or close your account for the reasons given in these Terms. We will tell you the reason at the latest when the measure is taken, and you may file a complaint against it under Art. 13. If we close your account because of your serious breach of these Terms, your PRO subscription ends. We will refund the proportionate part of the subscription for the unused period within 14 days. Any claims of AKCETRON for damages are not affected and we may pursue them separately.
12.2 A serious breach of the Terms leading to closure of the account includes in particular an unjustified card payment dispute (chargeback), a breach of the rules for using the Platform (Art. 11), or another serious breach of the Terms.
12.3 The User is liable for all damage caused by the User’s unauthorised interference with the Platform.
12.4 You can close your account at any time in your account settings. Closing the account also ends the PRO subscription; unused vouchers and bonuses expire.
13.1 We may remove or disable access to reviews, Offers and other content, and may restrict, suspend or close an account, if the content or conduct is unlawful or contrary to these Terms. We may use automated tools to detect suspicious content; a decision to remove a review or restrict an account is always reviewed by a member of our staff.
13.2 We inform you of the decision by e-mail or in the app, with a clear and specific statement of reasons and information about the available means of redress.
13.3 You can file a complaint against the decision free of charge in your account or by e-mail to podpora@akcetron.com, within 6 months of the day you learned of it. The complaint is assessed by a qualified member of staff, not solely by an automated system, without undue delay, objectively and without discrimination. We inform you of the outcome with reasons; if we find the complaint justified, we reverse the decision.
13.4 A complaint against a decision on their report (Art. 11.2) may also be filed by the person who reported the content.
13.5 You may also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act; this does not affect your right to go to court.
14.1 We operate the Platform with professional care, but cannot guarantee its uninterrupted and error-free availability or the availability of particular Offers at a particular place or time. If you are a PRO subscriber, we are liable to you for the digital service (membership) being free of defects and provided in accordance with the contract. A short outage of the Platform needed for maintenance or updates, or caused by force majeure (e.g. outages of third parties’ internet connections), is not a defect. In the event of a defect that substantially limits the use of the PRO membership, you have the right to have it remedied within a reasonable time. If we do not remedy the defect, you have the right to a reasonable discount on the subscription, or the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect cannot be remedied at all.
14.2 AKCETRON is not a party to the contractual relationships between the User and the Business. We are not liable for the content or appearance of Offers, for the completeness, accuracy or truthfulness of the Offers published on the Platform, for the goods and services of Businesses, or for the performance of contracts for the purchase of goods or services between you and the Business, nor are we liable for any damage you may suffer on the basis of or in connection with a purchase contract concluded.
14.3 Nor is AKCETRON liable for any unfair competition by Businesses and/or third parties through the Platform, or for infringements of personality rights or copyright.
15.1 We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform. When you redeem a Voucher, we pass your name and the details of your purchase from that Business to the Business.
16.1 Send complaints about the Platform or the subscription to podpora@akcetron.com. We will reply without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
16.2 If you are a consumer, you can resolve a dispute with AKCETRON out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz/adr). Disputes with a Business are resolved with the Business; they can be resolved out of court with the same authority. If you are not a consumer, disputes with AKCETRON will be decided by the general courts of the Czech Republic; the court with local jurisdiction is the court competent for AKCETRON’s registered office.
17.1 We may change the Terms because of changes in legislation, changes to the Platform’s features, security, or changes to our business model. We will inform you of each change by e-mail and in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, together with a description of the change and the reason for it. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel the subscription or close the account free of charge at any time before the change takes effect.
17.2 If a change to the digital service has more than a minor adverse impact on your PRO membership, you can terminate the subscription contract free of charge within 30 days of receiving the information or of the change being made, whichever is later.
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, this does not affect the protective provisions of the law of your country that cannot be departed from by contract.
18.2 The Terms may also be available in other languages offered on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the Czech version always prevails.
18.3 If any provision of the Terms is or becomes invalid or ineffective, it is replaced by a provision whose meaning comes as close as possible to the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions of the Terms.
18.4 The current version of the Terms is always available on the Platform.
These Terms take effect on 29 October 2026.
